La Ametlla de Mar se consolida como la capital del At&uacute;n Rojo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Desde este viernes 28 de abril y hasta el 14 de mayo, m&aacute;s de una veintena de bares y restaurantes de la poblaci&oacute;n marinera participan en las 12 Jornadas Gastron&oacute;micas, para ofrecer sus mejores elaboraciones de un producto de alta calidad .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El pistoletazo de salida ser&aacute; este fin de semana 29 y 30 de abril con la Diada en el puerto de la Cala. Durante el fin de semana, los visitantes podr&aacute;n probar, en una gran zona de degustaci&oacute;n, cuatro variedades de at&uacute;n rojo en crudo (maki, niguiri, sashimi y t&aacute;rtaro) as&iacute; como ranchos m&aacute;s tradicionales de los pescadores, como el romesco de at&uacute;n o el &#8216;buchi&#8217; con patatas. Las tapas se podr&aacute;n degustar el s&aacute;bado y el domingo entre las 11 y las 14.30 h, y tambi&eacute;n el s&aacute;bado entre las 17.30 y las 22.30 h.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aparte de las degustaciones de at&uacute;n, que tienen un precio de 3 euros por raci&oacute;n, tambi&eacute;n habr&aacute; servicio de bar. La programaci&oacute;n gastron&oacute;mica se complementar&aacute; con actuaciones musicales durante todo el fin de semana con la Charanga Suquet Calero, Dj Indiax &amp; Letman, Ready to Rock y DJ Sergio Caleo. Tambi&eacute;n se har&aacute;n salidas programadas con el Tuna Tour el s&aacute;bado y lunes y domingo, tendr&aacute; lugar la Tuna Race Balfeg&oacute;.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Las jornadas en los bares y restaurantes se alargar&aacute;n durante dos semanas<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nueve restaurantes de la poblaci&oacute;n ofrecer&aacute;n men&uacute;s gastron&oacute;micos donde el at&uacute;n rojo ser&aacute; la base de sus platos. Algunas de las creaciones de los chefs locales son arroz marinero La Cala RTV lacalartv@ametllamar.cat 678 60 40 18 con tataki de at&uacute;n, ravioli de at&uacute;n con crema de cal&ccedil;ot y aceite de romero o at&uacute;n sellado a la plancha con salsa de escabeche suave. Todos los men&uacute;s ser&aacute;n completos y est&aacute;n maridados con vinos de la DO Terra Alta. Los precios por persona rondan entre los 40 y los 60 euros.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mientras que trece bares ser&aacute;n los que participar&aacute;n en la Ruta de la Tapa del At&uacute;n Rojo. Tartaleta de at&uacute;n rojo marinado con base de salsa t&aacute;rtara o t&aacute;rtaro de at&uacute;n con s&eacute;samo tostado, mango y esferificaciones de wasabi son algunas de estas tapas elaboradas por los bares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cada una de las tapas tiene un precio de 5 euros con un quinto Heineken incluido, que patrocina la ruta. Rellenando el boleto de la Ruta de la Tapa, con cinco sellos de bares distintos, los participantes entrar&aacute;n en el sorteo de dos men&uacute;s dobles en las pr&oacute;ximas Jornadas Gastron&oacute;micas, y se sortear&aacute;n 10 Tuna Tour dobles entre los votantes de la tapa ganadora.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Los organizadores del evento gastron&oacute;mico, el &Aacute;rea Municipal de Turismo de la Ametlla de Mar, tambi&eacute;n convocan un concurso fotogr&aacute;fico en Instagram. Entre todas las personas que publiquen fotograf&iacute;as durante los d&iacute;as de las Jornadas con las etiquetas #ametllademar y #tonyinaroja23, y que sigan el perfil @turismeametllademar, se escoger&aacute;n a cuatro finalistas.
